H for houses (within 2 of road), 10 Money
L for game lodges (touching only road and grassland), 250 Money
R for roads (new set of roads must contact existing road), 20 Money
Q for quarries (must touch water and road), 75 Money
F for Farms (near water, touching road), 50 Money
G for grape Farms (near water, touching road), 200  Money
V for winery (touching road), 250  Money
P for Pottery Workshop (must touch road), 100  Money
W for wells (must be within 3 tiles of water or another well), 5  Money
The hierarchy of needs goes: Normal Food > Water/well within 3 tiles > quarry > pottery > grapes > vineyard > both farm and lodge.
