Durable Visions

Very difficult but fun. Watching your bullets grow is simple but scratches a primal itch.

1 hitpoint is just unfair, in my opinion. Most of the game you will start out only just to die from a single touch and start over again. Although, if you're lucky, you'll get some upgrades which will allow you to decimate all the enemies with ease, and the only thing left to do is carefully move around and pick up more upgrades(which is hard, cause your speed also increases and there's no way to move slower). 

When the boss appeared, I killed it instantly, I think. Then I explored the map a little, but there was nothing interesting, except for the out of bounds areas, which didn't cleanup properly after rendering.
